Thank you for shopping with Little Society.

We’re sure you love your purchase(s), but sometimes things just don’t work out as expected!

Our returns & refund policy on unworn item(s) is outlined as follows:

– Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, or washed and must have all original tags attached. We cannot, under any circumstances, accept returns without their tags or original packaging.

– Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the dispatch of your item.

– Footwear must accompany original packaging including undamaged boxes. We cannot accept returns without boxes or with dirty/scuffed soles. Please try footwear on carpet or clean surfaces.

– Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, underwear, or pierced jewellery.

– Sale items are not eligible for exchange, refund or credit under any circumstances.

– Sales outside of New Zealand are not eligible for refunds. We will however issue a credit note providing it is not a sale item.

– All refunds must be accompanied by proof of purchase in order for items to be swapped or to receive a credit or refund.

– Shipping & handling costs will be at your expense.

– Please clearly identify on the proof of purchase paperwork that it is a ‘RETURN’
